Right, I'm 13. That would count as a kid. I used to watch these at 7-9 years old I still like them. Just remember, it's not ALL the kids who adore Justin Bieber and think it isn't cool not owning iPods. I love this show! I also love Stop The Pigeon, Pink Panther, The Flinstones, and Top Cat! The old Tom and Jerry was good as well :).

The only reason stuff from the past seems so much better is because the stuff we focus on is what survived the test of time. There are many cartoons that died a long with the nineties and were long since forgotten.

Of course, you can argue that none of the ones listed are good, but as you said, it's a matter of opinion.

This is from a game made for the Sega Dreamcast. It looks worse because certain effects and movements, and high amounts of detail, were impossible to render on the system back then.

I don't see why they couldn't use a full motion video. Since the Dreamcast's rendering system was based on rectangular meshes, that would have certainly been possible, and was used in Radiant Silvergun.
