  • Im a strong beliver of people haveing the ability to choose for themselves which is why pro choice is the only sane choice for me but hey im apparently evil for supporting people to have a choice

  • The abortion issue is how Big Business holds on to the Teabag/Conservative vote

  • Rick Santorum opposes abortion under any circumstance. Unless it's a member of HIS family that needs one. In October, 1996, his wife Karen had a second trimester abortion. It was a choice they were forced to make, and they made it. Republican extremists in Congress and the statehouses propose to make abortion illegal even if it would save the mother’s life. Even the Santorums admit they would make that terrible choice, while denying it to everyone else. That's why I hate these people.

  • Santorum a Catholic?

When Cardinal Ratzinger was asked whether a U.S. led war on Iraq would be “just war” he replied before it started: ”Certainly not… the damage would be greater than the values one hopes to save”

When Cardinal Ratzinger became Pope Benedict XVI, he said during his Easter message in 2008: “Nothing positive comes from Iraq, torn apart by continual slaughter as the civil population flees”

Maybe he should listen to the Pope instead of being so trigger happy with Iran.

  • You are infact wrong the general public has this skewed view that candidates like Rick Santorum, Perry, Newt Gingrich, and Bacchman are extreme. That is what the republican party is all about. The real extremists are Mitt Romney and Ron Paul its the moderates that have conflicting views of the republican party not the social conservatives. If Mitt Romney and Ron Paul are the so called norm then the republican party more resembles the democrats liberal views. Politics out Abortion is wrong!

  • David ,

has it ever occurred to you that the current GOP candidates may not be the actual top of the Republican Party? Surely there's people around who know that it's going to be hard to beat Obama, whatever their opinion on him is. A first term president has a 75% chance of getting re-elected, and candidates who lose the general presidential election are never allowed to participate ever again, not even Gore who lost by less than 2%.

I'm thinking about people like Huckabee and Christie here.

  • @shittyfagg "candidates who lose the general presidential election are never allowed to participate ever again"

    Richard Milhouse Nixon.

  • I am all for people believing what they wish, but when it comes to making laws.......LEAVE THE FUCKING BIBLE OUT OF IT !!!!!

  • @justjulie37 The thing your not understanding is that peoples' views are based on their morals therfore the bible, if you are religious, has a lot to do with laws.

  • @Loudmouthal I understand it just fine, I just don't agree with it. I shouldn't be forced to have the same beliefs as everyone else when it comes to religion. That is not what our founding fathers wanted. You can be without religion and have morals. In fact the people in my life that are more secular have better morals than the ones that claim to be religious

  • @justjulie37 no clearly you are still not understanding you arent being forced to have the same religious beliefs your right you can be without religion and have morals but peoples religion affect their morals therefore affecting the opinions on certain laws so what im saying is you cant keep the bible out of peoples opinions. and the fact that the people in your life that are more secular have better morals then the ones that claim to be religious that again is and opinion

  • @justjulie37 Abortion and religion have actually little to do with each other. Mixing them up is a way to kill any serious debate. The only extremism i see here is allowing late term abortion. Even in highly social liberal countries in Europe they tend to have a 12-14 weeks limit.

  • I suppose it should be made illegal to kill sperm?

  • what next? An unclean thought is a human being? fuck the republicans.

  • @elitemathlete Especially Megan Kelly, I'd totally bang her. ;)

  • @elitemathlete Fuck the republicans? and I suppose you believe that Obama can actually restore this country to what it is supposed to be. With Obama as the president we can look forward to a socialist country face the facts.

  • @Loudmouthal

Asshole teabagger with no grip on the world or understanding of anything political: Name one world leader who governs to the right of Obama. Even Stephen Harper in Canada is more progressive. If he's a socialist then is the entire world Marxist? You must hate living on this rotten planet.

And I dont like Obama that much, I just dont hate him like I do republicans. They are anti-decency, anti-human monsters.

  • @elitemathlete Merkel is more conservative on the economy: constitutional amendment requiring balanced budgets (passed in 2009, with no recovery yet), tax cuts for corporations, radical opposition to significant monetary stimulus and other central banking interventions ... Obama is running a $1.3 trillion deficit in one year, which is worth 50% of total german public debt.

  • In discussing abortion with an evangelical friend I stated that banning abortion only harms the poor and working class women. I stated that the debutant daughters of the wealthy NEVER HAD ABORTIONS. What they always got was “Six week ski vacations in Switzerland”. I have and always will be honestly pro choice. If you don’t believe in abortion then pro choice means you can CHOOSE not to have one. Leave your false morality out of government.

  • @dalecs47 Leave taxpayers money out of abortion too

  • @xaviqaz Money, that is what it is really all about right? I have not ever met a conservative evangelical who would not sell their own child into slavery or for organ harvest if they got paid enough.

  • @dalecs47 The government should not pay abortion on request. Only when mother's life is in danger or in cases of rape.

  • @xaviqaz The government spends my tax dollars on many things, some of which I do not approve of. Why should abortion be different? Should poor women be denied a medical service that others can easily afford? Restricting funding is just being spiteful. If your religion is against abortion then what difference does it make who pays for it? Always amazing when anti abortion people claim to be pro life and then support wars for profit and policies that kill people? “Selective morality”
