  • really good playing. Nice job, my friend.

  • Wow, that was nice.

You impress me much. I in Norway find your play real amasing. Keep on smiling. I mean playing.

  • How long you been playing autoharp? Ten, fifteen years? Wonderful! Keep it up and I can retire!

  • Thanks for watching and the comment, I am Ethan's pop and recently started putting him on you tube. He's played almost a year, started out on fiddle, which he plays well, then went to autoharp. He is a hugh fan of the Carter Family. He met George Orthey and he made him an autoharp and he also has an Oscar Schmidt . He plays by ear, just listens and starts playing, he amazes me. More videos will be on the way. Thank you

  • Hey, I just found your video! I love y our energy and the way you play. Keep it up.

  • You're awesome, Ethan. Keep up the good work!!

  • w00t!!!

Only one problem...autoharps can be a crap instrument to record because of too much "white noise" hitting the microphone in the camera/computer/recorder and drowning out the acoustic instrument, so what you need to get is like a mini mic that can attach to your autoharp, then plug it in to whatever you're recording it to, and maybe that might get better sound out of your music.

Otherwise, GREAT JOB! :) Yeah, really!

(BTW, I'm no music expert, so you might get better advice, cheers!)

  • Great job Ethan on a great old song, keep it up.
