In it you can clearly see who was at fault from the beginning. (liko) He was a little cry baby with too much pride to act responsibly.
Police officers are to be treated with respect and obedience, they have been given a certain amount of legitimate authority. Something of which liko clearly had no concept.
From what I saw in this video, the cop only stopped Liko for a traffic violation. Why was he pushing Liko's car and then pepper spraying him for no reason! It was just a traffic stop! It appears to me that the cop provoked Liko, and Liko reacted out of anger. I'd be pissed too if some cop pushed my car then pepper sprayed me!
If you see the entire video he stops liko but then he takes off again. It wasn't a simple traffic stop. What you saw was what occurred at the end of the pursuit.
It looked like the bum was going to take off as the cop pulled in; so the cop bumped him and backed him up. The cop sure didn't act wisely (going up to the window and pepper spraying the guy) and paid with his life. The bum got what he deserved for pulling a gun on a cop and shooting him!
I agree the guy should have not shot the cop and got what he deserved to. My hats off to the bystander, He showed courage but not the cop or the shooter in the car. Cowards in my book
i think what the killer and the pepper did was wrong , both of them deserve the outcome..
anyway killing is not something that we forgive using the famous excuse *Anger*...

Why did the cop hit the car and spray him ?. the man was fighting back after being attacked. Both were victums of hate.
