I can't believe I'm seeing this after all these years. I was there as a volunteer helping out. I even caught a glimpse of myself collecting pledge slips from the phone bank. WOW, such great memories of a wonderful man who has given so much helping Muscular Dystrophy.

Tony Orlando is an amazing person and has the biggest heart of anyone I've ever met.

@123jefm Which is EXACTLY what I did when I went on the show in 2008. Tony couldn't believe I remembered Bobby when we met backstage; you could tell he was genuinely impressed / touched by me asking for the tote that way.

That Telecast Was Aired Right Here On WNYW Channel 5 New York. That was the last labor day telecast until that mark the swiched to WWOR-TV That Following year. so you can still enjoy Tony Orlando favorite performance right here right now.
