Get off of as much fluoridation as you possibly can.
Why? Because it's in everything you eat and drink, as well as in the water you drink and bathe in.
No, you cannot boil it out, and it does not evaporate if you leave a pitcher of it sitting a few hours like bleach does.
Either buy distilled water in the gallon jugs, or get a Burkey water filter.
Then, start trying in incorporate as much fresh foods into your diet as possible, preferably ones that you and other people you know grew...
