I worked for groundwork west london.. cutting grass with strimmers,, they paid a supervisor to sit in the van all day,,, while I cut 23 gardens a day..I now have noise induced tinnitus for the rest of my days..they provided me with ear guards worth £2.50..to add insult to injury (literaly) they didnt pay the week i had to go to hospital
