Well, I'm the guy in the video and even I don't have a fucking clue who she is :P
Basically, from what I can make out, it was some geography based game show in the 90s on US network PBS, but the only reason we know what it is is the stupid and catchy a Capella theme song.
Mostly for the lulz, we went around and asked random people where she was, and the purpose was basically just to confuse people and see how they react XD
this video keeps me on edge every time i see it!!!!!! XD
