As a girl with naturally large breasts, and as a girl who is attracted to girls, I dislike fake breasts for many reasons. They don't look the same as naturally big breasts aesthetically- they are too beach-ballish and odd looking. Perhaps this is partly because women who don't have the frame suited for large breasts are the ones who often get implants. Furthermore, many men have attested that real breasts FEEL much better. One thing, breast implants always fail. Scare tissue will always build up around the implant and it will always; The tissue around the implant will become unnaturally hard. There could be a lot of different reasons to get a fake breast:
- Some are insecure, want to please, want to get attention, etc.
- Some it is fashion decision, like tattoos, cut hair, wear jewelry, etc.
- Business decision (e.g. porn star)
- etc.

One thing, breast implants always fail. Scare tissue will always build up around the implant and it will always; The tissue around the implant will become unnaturally hard. Most breast implants done by qualified doctor do indeed turn out appearing perfectly natural. The problem is over time they will look unnatural. I wish some doctor would come up with a more natural way to do it. Meaning your own tissue.
