WWII Short Film rough footage

Hey, I liked the footage. It looked really good, however, maybe you should add ambient sounds like distant artillery or planes overhead depending on the setting. I get the idea to have only the blanks going off, but you need the feel that the war is all around and not just in the mile or so radius. Great work!

i wish i had joined a year back. im also a film maker., sort of, check out my vids. tehy are ww2 and i have correct props and al lthat... but it sucks because i live 30 min. away from where you filmed this. im going to that reenactment in january 2009. tell me if yo uwant some more gemran scenes!!!!

Where did you get your equipment?

It was all individually owned by each of the re-enactors

umm just search Reenactors equipment on google. It's pretty easy stuff to find, but a whole Paratrooper's outfit will set you back about 500 bones. And that doesn't include the weapon.
