My son passed away on 13 March 2010. Listening to this song brought tears to my eyes. It seems the words of this song are my son's, as he said similar words when he was with me.
What a lovely & sweet song by Asha Bhonsle Ji from film - "Jaagriti". This song shows a real love between mother & son. Very poignant song. Super cool & melodious song. Tears came in my eyes. What is the name of this boy ? If he is in USA then I want to meet him because I am in USA also. I saw his so many old hindi movies. He acted very nice.
Every song seems infiltrated by people hell bent to prove that this or that has Muslim connection, portrayed as if comments relating to Muslims are a compulsory requirements even to enjoy a song! This is everywhere, but at the end of the day, when the great end comes and everything starts going back to where it came from, those who have invaded into other people's countries and religions are going to have it such worse. All we is a systematic propaganda to demote real and true BHARAT.
I love this songs with every word of this song..I remember my mother whenever I listen this song..Tears run down with her memory when I listen this song,,So melodious lyrics..
tear jerking song of jagriti, brought tears in my eyes while listening to this song as I am in London while my dear mother in India. Many thanks as this a tribute to mothermood
Yes, he's a Shia Muslim from Ajmer, Rajasthan. I heard he lived in Germany and now lives in the States shortly after moving to Pakistan this same year...54.
he's my grandmother's brother and a brilliant man who's childhood has been difficult for him mostly. their move to pakistan in 54 was also really difficult and i still think they should have stayed in india...but would they have done better for themselves? i dunno. no one knows. anyway, it's nice to see their art was this good during a time of strong emotion.
I viewed this movie in the Naaz theator in Mumbai. This is the best film for the children by the children of the children. The character of this boy was very sweet throughout the film. After viewing his accident, I cried and cried for a long time. I have never ever have cried like that.Decades later this film was shown on doordashan and all the children enjoyed the most the pranks shown in the film. Thanks for taking me half a century back.-himanshu.
Mother is the Greatest Gift GOD has Given to Mankind. SHE is Umbrella that Protectsus from the All Worldly Storms. SWEETEST Word in this Worl is MA.
HER Shelter is the Safest Place of this World..
Now a days Love is Give and Take in All Relation of Life Except Mothers Love. In these days Fast Life one Ought to be Very Causious Not to Hert HER Feelings. She may Not be there when you Realise her Feeling and Want to Apologise. If one has Time to Realise these days.God give Peace to Every Mother
when we want her she is always there but when she wants us are we? do we have time? or are we too busy and forget her need now and our need then? .......all to regret later when she is gone!

Every minute of this movie is gripping and brilliant. These values were lived by abd seen. They were the soul of India where religion was not a barrier, everyone sought to overcome poverty and hardship with the strength of their values, without a penny in hand people took pride in their integrity and beleived that good comes to those who strive in the path of truth.
this song bring tears,I played this song whenever I felt sad, lone, for last many mnay years, mother love and voice from the heart, miracle voice from Asha ji.

I do not believe that this song was sung by Asha Bhonsle.I always thought it was sung by Lata Mangheshkar.
Asha Bhonsle could also excel in such touching songs.
'Sunahare geet' thanks for uploading this wonderful song.
