i was in the 1st infantry, i was the second boat over got shot up, it was really muddy, slipped lost all my paint(around 35$)

I was on that boat. This was the second drop but we were the first boat that the Germans could shoot at.

While I consider any precipitation to be 'rainy' since I live in a desert, what we had that week in June was a downpour. I've never had trench foot before, but I had a bad case by the end of game day to the point I could hardly walk.

I almost did my first year, but surprisingly didn't. Feet were wet and muddy for 2 hours. I remember digging slit trenchs away from the roads on Thurdsday/Friday.

I must say, 2008 was a bad year for the rain. Usually with my experiance going down, it rains the first half of the week, and sunny the other half. So far I happy it hasn't rained on game day.

We did pretty good. the best part was the night battle suicide charges :)

i liked when we caught the germans off guard. and were shooting them point blank at least 5 times each or until the said out :)
