  • Best part 2:26

  • yo red !! lmao !!

  • why did she just sit and stair at the red undead dude

  • The only thing that annoyed me was how slow she put the gloves on. I remember freaking out and yelling at the TV about putting the gloves on faster.

  • I was scarred by this episode as a kid haha, damn the shit that used to scare me

  • the monster moves too slow, come on. They could've danced circles around it the whole night

  • I think it was a great story Stig told.

  • @Mademoiselle87cakes I agree, such a shame he only ever told one more

  • It's Danny from 4400 :D

  • As a kid I was so angry after hearing the results for Stig. I think he deserved it hands down!

  • This story was great but that girl was such a bitch friend. She knew Greta had a crush on that guy and she ended up dating him anyway. If i were Greta I would have drowned her myself.

  • @CripShat27 i don't give 2 shits if me and my best friend both have a crush on the same girl. if my best friend isn't going out with her i'm gonna ask her out weather he likes it or not. if i end up dating her and he ends up hating me, oh well he had his shot. you can't get mad cos someone you have a crush on is dating your friend.there are other fish in the sea.

  • This literally kept me out of my pool all summer when I first saw it.

  • Wish I have 1 night with that girl...........

  • @MaskedRiderKing Greta wishes she was Zeke's girl.

  • ummmmmm...swim bitch!

  • Stig tells some of the best storires

  • all the crap they r throwing in. the ph is going to be irrepairible

  • @colthepyro18 strange yet valid point

  • This shit scared me so much when I was a kid. I feel bad for anyone who wasn't born in the early nineties/mid-to-late eighties. I was born in '92 and Nickelodeon REALLY was the shit back then. What went wrong? iCarly? Big Time Rush? Wtf!

  • @sk8brder40 true shit

  • 0:22 Swim Bitchh SWIM .!

  • Yeah, the red skull dude was scary for all of us when we were kids, I admit. Just, even as a kid, "it" wasn't going to scare me from ever swimming again, that's all. I mean, its just one episode.

  • @TamptheChamp2 stfu tamp

  • Im 24 now and I always remembered this episode becuase of the red skull. It really did look scary lol.

  • @artie0001

I watched this when I was 18 and was thinking the same thing. It really wasn't that bad until they showed the ugly creature, that's what I was really shocked at.

Really that's a TV14 monster there and they rate this show Y7.

I mean some of these stories were pretty scary for me as a teen.

  • On the shiver scale I give this story 9 skulls.

This one was a bit gory at the end.

  • I watched this episode as a little kid. am now 19. still afraid to swim alone. I cannot believe this was approved by a kids network

  • @artie0001 It would have been a bitch if it wasnt

  • The red skull guy was the most badass villain in the entery series

  • 3:03.. he definitely just ate their coke.

  • Okay, now I know what happened:

The man's body had dissolved into a kind of organic acid (as though it was turning into petroleum) and his spirit was animating it, and then when the manganite was poured on him his body was destroyed and he went to hell.

  • Stand back! I'm about to perform SCIENCE!

  • Great time to be a kid back then...I remember Nick and how much fun I had watching it after school. now the stuff of today is nothing but a joke.

When did it all go wrong?

  • Nickelodeon would NEVER EVER have show like this today EVER. I feel so bad for kids today. If you were born after 1993 you missed out hard. Date rape posters? Kids in scary situations? Fat jokes? NOPE its too "scary" and "intolerant" today. You will NEVER see bad ass programming anymore.

  • when clarice dropped the jar of chemical into the pool, shouldn't the pool have blown up?

  • @drewgair Not if the bottle was closed, and if it wasn't there would have been more water than manganite.

  • He only poured water on the fire and walked away! Smokey the Bear told me I had to pour water on it, stir it, and then cover it with dirt to prevent forest fires!

  • this episode scared the hell outta me as a kid!

  • yea, this episode scared the hell outta me when i was a kid. ALWAYS thought something was going to grab my feet and pull me down

  • Even after the ghost was killed, would YOU want to swim in that pool?

  • Killing supernatural entities in purely physical manners always works. Or was the red guy already a water-based ghoul before the pool was coincidentaly built over his mortal grave, and he was not able to take on another form? I guess ghosts work different in Canada

  • @AndrewKH85 way to over analyze a kids show.

  • @AndrewKH85 I guess your brain works different than everyone else here. Cause you're the only person who doesn't realize that this is a KIDS SHOW.

  • @AndrewKH85 No, they work the same all over the globe. They work differently in the minds of different writers. (Think of this kind of like Ghostbusters.)

  • 2:00 wait... the kid was no longer tortured by his memories? how come? His fears about the water were confirmed in the worst possible way. If anything he should be haunted by the memory of that dye-red Halloween decoration for years to come.

  • @douxelle The tortured memory thing was in regards to Charlie. He knew what had happened to his high school girlfriends little brother and the other 3 people who died in that pool because of this ghost. He was able to find peace. the end shows that Zeke remains someone who is not that fond of the water.

  • This is the reason I was terrified of pools for a good few years :/

  • @Moriachik MEEE TOO!! our city pool had the black lines in it just like this pool did and it aaalways creeped me out

  • Ah this is the episode that gave me a huge fear of water!

  • YO RED CATCH!

  • when i was 6 this was absolutly terrifying!

  • You wanna go for a swim?=You wanna leave me alone?

  • aw man....I remember they would always play this show on Family channel like twice in one night. This and Boy meets World are the two shows I miss:(

  • @tunafan1 every day on abc family, it still shows Boy Meets World. At like, 7 o'clock, though. I miss Hey Arnold!. It was an amazing show. When I was little, I never watched this. I looked up 90s kids shows, and this series came up. I'm glad it did ;)

  • So Zeek didn't get over his fear of swimming, he just faced it. I guess that's what courage is all about. Compared to most stories where facing your fear signifies getting over it, Stig's story is pretty original.

  • I remember this episode haunted me for years when I was little.

  • Lol I loved this episode :D I always thought the boy was cute ;)

  • this dumb bitch just stares at it

  • this video scared the shit outta me when i was younger. i had a swimming pool but i never went in by myself until i was like 12.........fucking monster!

  • @kx911brent same here so dont feel bad lol

  • OMG throw back 4 real ...... i remember this episode the most from childhood it scared the hell out of me then jus goosebumps ( no pun intended lol ) now

:^D thanks for the upload @ ClassicSlime

  • lol nice bellyflop at 2:30

  • What is Captain Barbossa doing at a swimming pool?

  • @PzownedProductions

    lmao wow =D

  • the whole reason I still at 21 do not swim alone!!

  • Chemistry wins.

  • "...and Greta, who most likely had the hots for Zeke, got completely shafted, and spent most of her nights masturbating."

  • @hell5309 oh my god you are a legend <3

  • @GhostGardens Uh, thanks. This is a first for me.

  • 0:10 someone had their period...lol(:

  • @AriSsaBonBon Your mind is filthy. Go to the mind-washer, NOW.

  • what i sooo scary aboutthis episode?

  • @brandonferr1

it was scary back when we were young

  • This monster looks liked Redrum from Xenogears!

  • That monster scared the FUCK out of me as a kid, and gave me issues with going near water for at least a year when I was young.

  • I'd shit my pants

  • You people were all wussies..

  • Damn that ghost had a shitty ass life. He dies, gets a swimming pool built over his body, and gets killed AGAIN by some little ass kids.

  • @DopeMC209 yeah sucks to be that ghost eh, I'll be a son of a gun if that is my fate after I die... life couldn't get any more shittier than it is, and on top of that I have to lurk around pissed because some douche decided to build a pool on my resting ground, looking like a decrepit skeleton. IT JUST DOESN'T END!

  • @DopeMC209 He doesn't get killed AGAIN, you idiot! Ghosts can't die!

To think, though, had he learned to share the pool, none of this might have happened to him.

  • This episode absolutely terrified me as a kid.

  • I remember watching this for the first time when I was five, and being so fucking terrified of drains and pools. We went to the Y the next day, and my mom couldn't figure out why I screamed everytime she tried to get me to go in the pool.

  • SWIM B***h!! SWIM!!!

  • If it wasn't for Zeke, they never would of found the swimming pool. lol It's not like he knew it was haunted by a angry ghosty, thingy. I think he did do it to get closer to her and that is so cute. This definetely qualifies as a date, I think. :)

  • dang, its even hard for him to run in water.. ^-^hehehehe

  • I knew it!! Lori Baxter was in this episode!!!

  • Another example of Nightmare Fuel for the win!

  • huh why didnt i get to this lab in chemestry

  • WE BEAT IT!!!!! with science..

  • Comment removed

  • I don't know why they even needed to give Stig a second chance. This was one of the best stories!

  • @modchic720 I agree, prolly the best one ever

  • "...and she showed Zeke there were a lot more fun things to do than study all the time." What kind of fun things, I wonder? Hmm...

  • @randmperson2 Bom chicka wow wow...

  • @randmperson2 hahahaha :P

  • @randmperson2 They're things you can do with either your left hand or your right.

  • You know... Why would a pair of gloves and a highly hydro-reactive potentially dangerous chemical just be chilling out next to a pool?

  • @CraigStegesaurus Because they brought it from the lab. Didn't you watch the other parts of the episode?

  • This was always one of my favorite episodes but I don't remember getting scared by it.

  • I still get Scared by this show as an adult, and I have seen it sense the Mid-90's...

  • OMG this episode scared the crap outta me when i was a kid, it took agaaes for my parents to make me calm down lol, after that they banned me from watching it, its still kinda fraky and im now 16! lol

  • i don't think i ever saw this one when i was a kid, but it's fuckin creepy and im an adult, lol

  • Yo Red, CATCH!

  • wow that dudes creepy lookin

  • aww I remember when Family Channel used to air this show..now at least BBC Kids does

  • He left the water bucket behind...hows he gunna put out the next one???

  • chemisty will save your life lol

  • this was the episode that caused my parents to not let me watch this show anymore. I got so freaked out about it, they banned it from our house. xD

  • Yeah this one got me too when I was younger. They usually didn't scare me but this one...

  • Omg, this episode scared the living begeezus out of me when i was a kid, lol. that thing is still terrifying o.O

  • yay! its charlie the friendly heroic janitor

    lol

  • I always waited for the spirit to come back out of the water again lol

  • This was one of the best. It was voted #1 in an online vote of the all-time greatest episodes of this show.

That fucker Stig was initiated for a reason. Though not in this episode.

  • Oh his name is Stig?? This whole time I've been thinking it was Steak!!!! Lol! xD

  • @HugSomeoneToday Same here!

  • I thought his name was "Stink"

  • @SURFUR all-time SCARIEST actually. In this episode, ranked by fans as one of the scariest in the series, a teenage science nerd named Zeke and his love interest, Clorice, discover an abandoned swimming pool in their high school that was built on top of a graveyard, leaving the angry spirit to take its vengeance on anyone who swims in it. from wikipedia.

  • So the moral of the story is, Don't forget to chlorinate your pools kids!

  • "yo red ..catch" lol

  • that thing scared me more than anything in my life when i was young, ive had nightmares ever since

  • as a kid, this made me afraid of pools. now, it taught me that i can kill zombies with science. powerrrrrrrrrr!

  • haha I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who was afraid of this one. Me and my sister would watch it, but she was never as scared as I was. I was afraid that the spirit would come up my shower drain, or grab my ankle when I was swimming in the pool by myself. haha :)

  • Wanna go for a swim? Is that his way of telling her to go away?

  • @dekude LMAO

  • Its weird how they didn't all agree to let him in by this story as some of the others firsts to join weren't as good as this in my mind. I would of said your in. Because this was better than some of the already joined, not all of them but some of them. I would of said your in.

  • interesting...

same two actors from goosebumps in camp nightmare??

  • man, those kids killed the fuck outta that ghost!

  • @badarts You can't kill a ghost, you idiot! How many times do I have to say this?! Jeez, they even say at the end, "the evil spirit never bothered anyone again"! It's still around, it just doesn't do anything anymore!

  • This episode thoroughly disturbed me as a kid.

I loved the water and then after I always got kind of freaked. Even now I hate being by myself in water.

  • wouldnt any of that stuff react with the chemicals in the pool??

  • This was my favorite episode as a kid! It was the only one that really creeped me out! Though strangly I didn't fear pools at all. Haha!

  • haha, this one scared me to, its the only remember i stuck in my head, and i used to avoid the drains in the pools cuz of this episode, lol

  • Ah, those were the good days where Nick had no problem scaring the crap outa kids. HAHA!

  • Lmao, she put gloves to not get burn then hide her face in fear with it! SOOO Bright Lady! =D

Loved that show Back then!! ^^

  • The nick of today would never have shows where people are murdered by a ghost. That's what I love about the 90's

  • A-freaking-men! The Nick I remember was amazing! We had shows with murder, sexual innuendo, etc. We turned out alright! Why do people insist on toning down and censoring absolutely everything? The Nick today sucks a llama's balls. It's too wholesome... Old-school Nick had wholesome shows, but those shows were also really entertaining and fun!

  • Ok...If I was that chick I would NEVER be caught dead in that damn swimming pool again after that shit! What a craziie bitch...

  • They didn't think this was scary? What's wrong with them?

  • This episode made me so afraid of the pool for a long time.

  • i love how she still has time to put gloves on hahaha

  • That episode was the beast!

  • He tricked her at the end.

  • Holy Shit, I remember having nightmares of this episode as a kid. I am 21 now and was watching it with the lights off and turned them on again halfway through. How was this allowed for kids! Scary stuff!

  • Lesson learned: Defeating a monster together is a great foundation for a successful relationship.

  • @therosewebb

    Syd Lexia, lol.

  • That dead guy looks like my sister's boy friend only more handsome

  • Thats not funny Chris!

  • lmao
