@ elderrron, These guys aren't concerned with your "PC" generation's social/grammar hangups. YOU now use the terms Primary & Auxiliary. They use age old standards that weren't broken & didn't need to be fixed, improved or upgraded.
guys please look at how he installed the first unit. it is exactly why bosch will not honour my warranty. the vent has to run 3 feet high before it can vent ouside. stay away from these units. they have givin me nothing but problems and after 3 weeks of waiting on bosch to fix my unit, i finally threw it out. they will find any way to get out of the warranty. all three technicians that came to my place over the 2 years didnt notice the vent issue. these two clowns dont either.
@ kaduisaui, Wow, a labeling, judgmental, rude atheist. Cause that NEVER happens. An intelligent person might break down why he sounds that way. If I had to guess I would say he breaths on his "R's" & over emphasizes his long A's due to partial hearing loss mixed with a northern metropolitan (say Chicago, Boston or New Jersey) Not to mention his perfectly natural, slight over bite that produces a natural lisp. So other than being an asshole, what do you sound like?
tmomof6, could you please explain what it means to be very "Tommy-boy" for me? Does it have something to do with Tom and Ed? For example, Tom is the Primary unit and Ed is the Auxiliary? What ever you meant sounded naughty to me.
Sounds like someone did not do their homework before buying their tankless system. One of the advantages is to reduce space that was taken up by the old water heater.
Another shameless Bosch corporate post. I hope you guys someday straighten out your legendary poor technical service and create products are reliable and dependable. Servicing your equipment is the best reason to buy another brand. Post Ranch on the Big Sur coast in California pulled 90, 250 SX out, put them in a trailer and replaced them with another brand. Why?

how very "Tommy-Boy" of you to use my own insult on me, how long did you stare at the screen steaming before you thought that up?

This video has made its way onto Facebook and I'm tipping it will pick up a cult following. Ed & Tom are brilliant.
