I live on the MS gulf coast and we cleaned our coast up in record time,and the only efforts ive seen to clean up new orleans or LA in general have been made by the whites.most of the black hoods are in total disrepair still today,unless of course red cross or fema or some goverment org stepped in and gave a hand out or leg up.however you would like to view the situation down in that rotting sespool.I call new orleans the asshole of the country.It just stinks down there and you blacks can have it

I did a relief mission during Hurricane Charley. When I got to Georgia, pallets of supplies were ready to go. All we had to do was fill the aircraft. Funny thing is, Charley hit Florida and the governor was none other than Jeb Bush.

The US govt can do many things when they want to. How can they justify leaving people without basic necessities for a week? They resonded to Indonesia fairly quickly, but why couldn't we show the same sense of urgency with our own people? They just don't care.

Each story makes you re-think a lot of things. ( Didn't the state decide not to press charges against one of the W/M shooters despite the fact he bodly stated he shot at least three BM...during a television interview?) "He was protecting his property," but the victim states he/they were only asking for water, not trying to mug the WM.

The whole truth, I remember watching 50-100 black faces waiting outside our local Wal-marts for food. The humidity was a bitch around here for weeks,.. none of those people were offered water. ( While they waited in the back-side of the store for their brown bag lunch. For weeks this went on and on. Damn, the sorrow on the peoples face, I will never forget!

I also heard about the shootings, WM shooting at any black person that got too close 4 comfort. SMH!!!!
