I wouldn't call it failure.. you achieved some beautiful stuff.. their is no such thing as a failure in an audition just helpful feedback.. If you look at it like that it will help you progress and then give it another go when your ready : ) I got a Pre 4 for my freestyle, but was very happy with the feedback i got and a heap of 4 ticks and the best thing was the 4+ i got for relationship. This makes me happy to know that i'm on the right track.

Well Kashidesert I thought it was a fine test! You should be proud of you & your lovely soft horse. From what I've seen the auditions seem to be very subjective with some who've passed having glaring discrepencies! Even one who was asked to submit an added little extra before being passed. 8-0 Perhaps we could all be asked to just resubmit that bit that was not quite right ! ;-)

What!? Shocked. This was excellent. I can see the part about the nose with your half passes but the rest is super. I would play with that and resubmit. Excellent example of finesse. Who did your audition?

Agreed. Auditions seem to be pretty subjective. Just know you did a great job.

Reasons for failure: 1) must be bent toward direction of travel in halfpass, with nose leading 2) reins showed slack a few times
I thought we did as well as others who passed

Nice job! Love the lead changes. Why did they say you didn't pass - too bad. I'm sure you're not far off.

Wow! He looks like so much like my Arab. I hope i'm still riding/playing with my boy at 28! Loved watching your finesse. Arabs have a very unique movement so I can really relate to this. I read your post on the forum. Bummer than you didn't pass, at least you got some helpful feedback.
