Better piano consists of counter-melodies, chord progressions, sevenths/ninths/tenths, transpositions, improv. These make a better pianist & better performances.

Sides isn't capable of bringing any of those to the table.

Well thats easily explained due to that davis sides started out way before p.miller and he has more of a dumbed down sound. p,miller has a more complicated, thought out, and diverse sound than sides.......yea i thought so.
