Lol, I used a program to make my voice sound like that. You can hear my real voice if you go to my channel. I have a cover of Fireflies where I didn't use anything to change my voice, I just used a nice microphone.

If you sing well, you won't really get an autotune effect right? Because it won't have to work as hard to match your voice to the song??? But if your sing off, you'll get more of that cool echo effect???

Exactly, because it is trying to auto correct the pitch. so that little electronic effect sound you hear is the sound of someone singing off key and the program changing the pitch for you. Mine didn't have too much pitch adjusting did it? The more I watch this video the less I hear the auto tune effect.

@206Nish Autotune changes thru your voice, so if u sing like shit u will hear the auto tune effect alot.. and usually sound like a strangled cat or something likely.

I wasn't using the I Am T-Pain application. I used garage band to record. I just did it because my friend had the app. So I decided to record this.

I think you can plug an auxilary cable into the iphone and then the other end into the microphone of your computer and record it.

oh but I just realized you won't be able to hear the music playing unless you use a splitter and connect the output of the ipod to some type of speakers but thats a lot of work just to do that.
