I am so lucky to have most of my ancestry to have come from Scandinavia. I live on the eastcoast of Canada, and during the middle ages, the vikings had a temporary settlement gathering wood. This makes them the first people to truely discover the Americas, not Columbas! The natives here have really fucked up tales of giants with hair as red as blood (gingers) and had the shine of the sun (blonds) who pretty much fucked shit up and left. Hail from Canada!

They didn't 'discover' it. They migrated there, and by coincedence. They where following the herds of caribou they hunted. The viking went looking for it, and sailed there. The atlantic ocean wasn't conveniantly frozen so they could walk across haha. And agreed bro.

@artur297 the term discover is used in reference to linking the people's of the world full circle for the first time. If the injuns knew Europe was on the other side of the Atlantic then we could say they discovered it america, but they hadn't even mapped the continent. In fact the injuns were not even aware they had come from asia or how to get back there.
