its a great video. For some reason this song REALLY fits with FLCL in this video, great choice of music and anime. the song was origanily german and was 99 air ballons but the when it was translated into english they changed it to 99 red ballons but still sweet combination of the song and the anime =)!!

They used 'red balloons' to cover 'luft balloons', because a 'luft balloon' is a little toy balloon. If you tell a german person about just a balloon, they'll think you mean a hot-air balloon, not a little blow-up one. ed fit well over luft, which usually means air.

Actually, this song was made WAY back by a german woman, it was about politics in germany at the time, that's way theres a part of German singing in the song. But anyways GREAT AMV! Big fan og FLCL and it's ABOUT DAMN TIME we had a good AMV-er to make us things like this. 5/5
