ok i have one of those freaking fold down things, but it's a laundry hamper, thinking it would save space...ya NO everytime i put something in it, it folds down on itself! GOSH. then i try to fold it so it fits in my closet and so i folded it down one night before i went to bed, it freaking popped open in the middle of the night and made a swooshing sound that scared me. we should go on strike against these things.

Ross I think you could benefit from watching a video I found (but couldn't comment with a link to it, leave it to Youtube rules). Just search for terms flexdrop folding instructions; even though it is a bit bigger than your sun shields the shape is the same.

Well just to let you know, your not the only person that has problems with the modern tech. of sun visors. LOL I've always had the same problem with them, and so I've folded them like a "taco" and then just made my own little ball of sun visor. LOL

Oh. My. Gosh. I HATE those type of folding devices! I have a pop-up dog bowl (that I use for my cat when traveling) that has to be stored in a little pouch and to get it in there you have to fold it up just like your little sun shade thingy. I finally just ended up cramming it in the pouch. I'm pretty sure I bent the wires and it's no longer usable. Geez.

inward twist is: twist your wrists inward and in opposite directions. it is all in the wrists. you had it, but let go. all you needed to do was press it down and not let go. myNameisBob is right w/ his directions. i will come to your house and give you lessons if you buy dinner! i'm in oc so it is not far for me.

Put your hands at 3 and 9, twist each hand in the opposite direction, and then push your hands together. It should literally pop together once it's folded right... I don't know what this taco business is all about.

Twist inwards.....maybe when you twist make sure both your left and right hand is going 'into' the middle of the 'taco'. Try that. Oh and we have the accordian type of window shade. But it sucks because it doesn't stay up all the time. I have to put both visors down plus my rearview mirror.
