itouch problem, it has no sound!!

HELP:: i got my new apple iphone 3g like 3 days before from US and then now sometimes there is no sound playing from it..so when i press volume control it says (headphone) when i dont have the fucking headphone in!!! any bdy facing the same shits? please help!!!

I figured out how to fix it. The reason it happened is b.c. your dock turned off while ur iphone/itouch was plugged in.

FiX:

1. Plug ur iphone into your dock (If airplane mode asked to turn on say yes)

2. Play a song

3. Pull out iphone/itouch while song is playing.

4. Problem solved ur volume bar should be there now.

I'm so pissed. Everything about apple suck except for the abundant of apps they supply. Their home button, on off button. I can't sell my iPod touch cos well, nobody want to but an iPod touch with spoiled speaker. The speaker isn't any good anyways... Argh. I might even blame the mosquito app. I think the mosquito app spoil my speaker. Should sue them.
