How to set up Windows Live or Hotmail email on iPhone iTouch iPod

I have a windows live account, but it is through a university, the account ends like @frogs.tcu.edu. is there anyway to configure this type of address. the other isnt working and i suspect it is because of the lack of live.com at the end

I did everything but when I go back to inbox it says: Cannot get mail, the connection to server pop3.live.com failed!!!

Hey I set up my hotmail the forgot the pass word so i had to reset it. I'm able to sign onto my hotmail account but it still doesnt let me send outgoing mail. I don't under stand how I'm able to log in my windows account but still not able to sent anything out. It's driving me nuts lol. Thanks
