ok, your great at bass n all. but you have to listen to that song again, your adding a hell of a lot more than you need too and you cut off the end of the solo. just listen to the song again. ive listened to the bass on that song so many times i can just tell this isn't spot on.

I've always loved this lick, and always thought of it as being a killer opening and/or solid foundation for a potentially badass extended bass solo.. The original segment is a jewel as is, but leaves me wanting so much more lol.. Perhaps that's part of its greatness? Thanks for posting yer vid, It's cool knowing that many others take recognition to, and show appreciation for this short yet creative bass line. XD

Standard EADG.  First chords are A5 to A#5 on the open A and 2nd to 3rd fret D.
