Hello mary and jose, I am going to make this tiramisu, but can we just prepare like this we donot have to boil the egg because that is raw egg is this safe to eat?

I suggest you about the eggs to find the real and good quality from the farm or healthy store.

Why is it necessary to put the aluminium foil in the bowl? Why can't you put the tiramisu directly in the bowl itself?

With the brown sugar I add 7g of sugar parfumed with vanilla or you can add 1 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

this tin foil is not important.
We use it only to protect the cake inside the fridge from the other smell.

I asked because I generally put the tinfoil over the tiramisu and not on the bottom of the bowl, touching the sponge fingers and cream. Nice to know!
