This would take FOREVER. There's other videos on here where you just pour hot water on them, comb it, and let it air dry. Then BOOM. Straight wig. :P

Basically using steam to straighten the hair fibers. I used a fabric steamer and a good paddle brush does it really well.

I roll my wigs up in curlers ,lay them in a large bowl,then pour in almost boiling water let them sit in it around 5 minutes then pull them out and hang them to dry for around 2 days in my shower .Then remove to curlers and the curls stay...If you want it straight hang the wig in the shower and pour almost boiling water over it again (with the curlers removed)and let it air dry,then it will be straight

Acually You Can Do The Same With Curlying Irons. YOu Wet The Hair With A Spay Bottle Then Curk It At The LOWEST SETTING And Hold Until MOST Water Is Off Of Hair Then Let Go Into Hand And Pin Upward :D

yah ders another way of doing it, similar but not as complicated, all u need is water, cold preferably and a flat iron. Just comb your synthetic hair straight with a small comb with 'tiny teeth' and then spray water on da hair and then make sure your hair straightener is on low heat, den just place the straightener on da hair n straighten it. Very simple, jst make sure ur straightener is on low heat.

hi charlihag206, yah it'll work but read my comment above i have described it a different way, cos i had synthetic braded hair which i curled it in hot water, eventually i got bored and decided to comb it out, spray water on da hair and straighten it on low heat with a normal hair straightener and it worked!

I like that technique...You mentioned you didn't know how to curl the hair once it is straight, the only way i know how to do it is rolling the hair or plaiting it and dipping it in hot water.
