Black people are staggeringly often PRESUMED GUILTY by all white juries. White college kids usually don't get hard prison time for drug related convictions. I myself, as a white person, would be far less likely to receive the death penalty for killing a black person than I would for killing a white person. The "justice" SYSTEM is racist.
