People say it may spawn a tank, only say it cause Valve wanted to do it. But they decide that it was over kill, so they never did add a way for it to spawn in there. There is no Code for it to spawn in there. I have look for it and there is nothing for it, now in L4D 2 they may decide to add a tank spawn, but again they might think its over kill.
