they do not want to wake everyone....they want you asleep...also that is not the norm...that music does not come on or at least should not come on till after you land or while boarding.....the inflight entertainment system should be on.. maybe there was an issue with that .
Hmm, that music sounds actually really good... 5/5 for virgin america... in fact, listening to the fact that they put such good music made me already buy a ticket from them instead of United for lax-sfo
I'd rather fly with whoever costs less - which is likely Virgin America. If hip music does it for you though, more power to you and that sweet hipster wallet you have.
Not on my IAD > LAX flight - it was blasting the last half hour. Maybe that isn't the norm though, it was the first flight out of the day and they may have wanted to wake everyone

I actually really like this music. It reminds me of Virgin America, which I love & try to fly with as much as possible. (:

Yeah for sure! I'd definitely go for the cheaper tickets! But just saying, that music is pretty good! :)
