I go in cafe nero a lot and I think they need to improve their customer service. Some of them don't even look at you when they give you the coffee.

not being looked at while being served isn't only a caffe Nero thing, u'll get that everywhere, where the customers are simply horrible to the staff (they in fact ARE human beings as well) because they think they can behave like arbitrary little monarchs. there's rights and there's responsibilities, especially in behaviour towards others.
