I miss those Saturday Mornings. The Weekend Special was always one of my favorites.. it came on at 11 where I live, and when it ended I was always little sad because that meant Saturday morning was over and then the news or bowling came on. Then I'm pretty sure I went outside to play or took a nap.

i was 8 or 9 years old when i watched this. the abc saturday afternoon special came on abc at noon. this was my fave out of all of them! i remember it was two parts so you had to wait a week to see the other part.

I love the creepy intro! The way the house looked and the background music.The way the lock fell off by itself! Jamie Bly walks out of the bush laughing.I wonder if the other ghosts in the house were pushing that board so it could fall on Bill's head or was that Jamie Bly doing that? THAT WAS NO ACCIDENT! The dog digging up his own remains.It's the best children's ghost story I've seen!

Aaah, the fond memories of ABC Weekend Specials and THIS episode in particular. It scared the hell outta me as a kid, but ironically...searched like hell for it as an adult.

So cool of u to upload this. I have a very scratchy VHS tape of this from an airdate in the 80's on abc. Thank you! Hard to believe it's this old now, but it really is a great little piece of film that abc circle films produced. Very fond memories of Saturday mornings when I was 12! Please post more if you got 'em! This was a truly spooky installment of the classic abc weekend special series. ABC release these on DVD, please!!!!

Thanks!  I've been trying to remember the name of this show for years and it just came to me today! Caught the first half on Mexican cablevision, who neglected to play the second installment the following Saturday thanks to a futbol game. Jeez... that was nearly 30 years ago.
