you can use soap or wax over your eyebrows to flaten them, then just use foundation over them and they dissapear. they might have used this technique. :)

He might not have shaved his eyebrows. You can use eyebrow wax to "gel" your eyebrows down, then cover it with sealer and foundation for the browless look.

No , the make up artist just got nervous on camera, but Kisaki looks a lot better without make up than anyone in else in Phantasmagoria. Either way, I think he looks fine.
