Slow the speed? I played this myself really slow to let people see it. If you want to use the preset peices but slow them down, try using "Lesson 2" or pressing tempo then the - or + symbols at the side.

If your keyboard has an option to change transpose or octaves just use that to cover the keys, if not I dunno sorry.

I have 2 play this on keyboard for school but I can only do it with 1 hand

If you mean just 1 hand part, just play the right hand part as shown and ignore the left hand. If you mean how to play both hands in 1 hand... Its not possible playing it correctly with one hand.
