Hey Dan. Great resourceful work as ever... with the cracks in bike panels. I fix a lot of panels here in the UK, and the best way to re-enforce a crack is by melting some paper clips into the plastic across the crack.. just press them in with a hot soldering iron.. sounds daft, but works a treat, and is more tidy and descrete than a hunk of steel fibreglassed across the back....
