TIP-if you get the alien blaster kill every body in megoton take all of their stuff load by load to your house after a long time all the people spawn and their stuff. PS I preffer using the plasma rifle less valuble and find them everywere if you are level fifteen or higher

Complete the "Replecated Man" sidequest and you will get A3-21's Plasma Rifle. It's alot more powerful and a good all-rounder weapon.
