I did get all characters in Sonic R, and I do like Sonic 2, and Triple Trouble, but Sonic CD alone is even worth the $20 I spent. :D

im from brazil and i recently made a trip to usa and i went to a gamestop at miami and i found metal gear solid the twin snakes for 30 bucks and i wanted to ask is mgs tts a rare game to find

and i also bought 4 games for the psp castlevania the dracula x chronicles i paid 15 bucks for it used, nfl 08 9.99

talked about it a bit in the first collection vid. my take is basically it isn't as good as wind waker, as it has one extremely dull dungeon and some dull boss fights, but overall it's still a great game

Although $40 seems to be the going price for it used through online shopping, which is a little more risky.

Is there any particular reason that you don't use eBay for video game purchases? Also, you may want to check out eBay for auctions for lots of manuals. You can usually find a lot of loose manuals for respectable prices. I once bought a lot that featured a bunch of Genesis manuals, which comes in handy for completing otherwise incomplete games.

ebay tends to be more costly due to inflated shipping costs, and I've had bad experiences. I will use it if i'm looking for something in particular but right now I'm just grabbing whatever looks good.

I looked on ebay for pikmin 2 a while ago and they were all about the same price, add shipping in and I would have paid even more

Yeah, you'll definitely run into a lot of people who inflate shipping prices. Still, I've found some really great deals on eBay, so I'm thankful for a lot of my eBay purchases.

By the way, do you plan on eventually capturing game play footage for games in your GameCube collection directly from your GameCube console? Or do you plan on simply just sticking with requests and handling them through emulation?

Ah, just curious as to whether or not you were even planning on buying a setup. You can get something along the lines of a Neuros OSD and an external hard drive, and you're pretty much set. That's what I used to capture that Castlevania Judgment footage, as well as all of most of the other footage (excluding the stuff in HD, of course).
