@emily091 Yes, created by Dr. Slump. She's from the lesser known series "Arale and Doctor Slump" - There was one crossover episode in Dragonball (During the Red Ribbon Army Saga) where Goku and one of the generals from the RRA wind up in Penguin village.

Arale is innocent to a fault, and the only way she is convinced to beat up the General is, Doctor slump tells her to "Play a rough game of Professional Wrestling" with him.

for first question: full name of game is Dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 and second question: there´s not all characters but DBZ BT3 has the most characters of all DBZ games something about 160
