No offense man, but the idea that people who pray to Jesus are really praying to satan made me laugh.. Jesus makes one thing clear in the gospels, a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand. Jesus was saying this because people were claiming he was driving out demons through the power of satan, but satan cant be divided against satan. Muslims have a difficult time with literary language since the Koran is so prosaic. The Arabic of the original manuscripts contains no diacritical marks, the script of the modern Koran has diacritical marks. So, there's been lots of changes.

@yazidaddi Good use of kitman when you claimed there's not a single contradiction in the Koran! There are hundreds of them.
Koran 17:23-24, 31:14-15, 29:8 commands all Muslims to show kindness to their parents, even if they are disbelievers. But 9:23, 58:22 demands Muslims not to show any love or friendship to those who oppose Mohamed even if the disbelievers are their parents.
Please Imam help us sort out this mess!

@RockStudioLive I really don't have the time to debate with you becuase you're such a freakin idiot man. If you go and read the verses you listed you'll find that there is not one contradiction. You didn't even read them you idiot because if you go back and read them you will feel stupid.....17:23-24 be kind to your parents when they get old 31:14-15 do not obey your parents if they worship other than god and the rest of the verses you quoted are incorrect translations.

@yazidaddi 17.23 Thy Lord hath decreed, that ye worship none save Him, and (that ye show) kindness to parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age with thee, say not "Fie" unto them nor repulse them, but speak unto them a gracious word.
It may emphasize old age but it commands respect at any age, if you read carefully. Does Allah not want young children to love their parents?
If this verse is wrongly translated why is it recommended by Saudi Arabia's Islam website?

@RockStudioLive It's clear, there are no contradictions. If your parents are old and nonbelievers then 9:23 still applies. If they are old and Muslims then you must respect them and take care of them.

@yazidaddi RockStudioLive @yazidaddi No. One verse says to respect parents and there is no fine print as we say in the USA. But the other says to hate them if they are not Muslim. Wow, that sounds wrong. Hate your mother and father! The Ten Commandments say to honour your parents. The commandments came from God but Allah, whatever that is, says God is wrong! Hate your parents if they aren't Muslims!

Allah - whatever that is..is the same creator mentioned in the original Hebrew and Biiblical text known as Elohim - 'him' added as a formality for respect, and Ala , respectively. Ofcourse when the bible got translated through the many languages, Ala became "God" - whatever that is.

I read God comes from the egyptians dieties and so on purpose is Dog backwards...its Got in other languages...and the word Gut comes from it - where you have a gut feeling about something. Another interpretation is that God comes from the Persian Khuda...it your word for our creator..how about you tell me what God is.

No respect for parents unless they believe in Allah. That contradicts 17:23.
Translation by Yusuf Ali, respected translator and a Muslim and recommended by the Saudi Arabia website for Islam Education.

@RockStudioLive 5:51 Take not the Jews or Christians as Allies or Protectors for they are Allies and Protectors for each other. Can you not see the wisdom in that? Why would Christians be allies and protectors of jews? The Jews basically had your god killed. The only reason is against Islam and this was predicted over 1500 years ago. As for muslims we believe in Jesus and Christians are slaughtering muslims in the middle east.

@yazidaddi So I am correct to distrust any friendly-appearing Muslim. A certain group of Jews arrested and killed Jesus. Just like a certain group of Muslims attacked the Towers on 9/11, bombed the subway in England on 7/7, Bali, Madrid and on and on.
I thought Jesus didn't die but was spirited away and Judas was make up to look like Jesus so that even his friends and own mother couldn't tell! Perhaps I read an old version of the Koran. The new issue might have another tale in it.

@yazidaddi No, you are wrong. Jesus died on the Cross and was Resurrected! I believe the Sanhedrin were responsible for the Death of Christ. This is a small number of Jewish leaders. Jesus uttered that because the prophesy was that the sin Jesus bore was so evil, even God looked away. (But don't be confused, Jesus is ALL MAN and GOD. A subtle concept for Muslims to understand.) Please show the me the verses where homosexuality is condoned and where the killing of innocent children is approved.

@RockStudioLive 5:51 is self explanatory. 8:39 is also self explanatory if you know the history of Islam. But unfortunately for you, you don't. The pagans were at war with the Muslims and if you read a little before and after that verse you'll understand it better. The real issue you have is why Muslims don't turn the other cheek. I don't know anything about you but I'm sure if somebody was to come in your house and murder your family you would fight back and forget christianity.

@yazidaddi Yes, they are clear. Muslims are not to befriend Jews or Christians, yet you say you will live peacefully with us. You imply a reader of the Koran must know the history of Islam. But the Koran says it is complete, needing no other book for understanding, and is easy to understand.
Christian doctrine does not deny self-defense. What is the Muslim Golden Rule? You disagree with Christian theology but what about its moral teachings?

@RockStudioLive The Quran doesn't say don't befriend jews or christians. It says do not take them as allies, and seeing what is going on in the world today I agree 200%. The Quran is complete, it is the only book that is complete. The bible on the other hand is one of the most incomlete book there is hands down. Even christian preachers will tell you that the contradictions are endless.

If the Koran is complete, why would I have to know the history of Islam. Your answer implied another source of information is necessary.
