Where does "Expertvillage" get his wideout route terminology? This is a "Dig" or a "Square In". A Post is a 12-14 yard break to a 45 degree angle or less. It is designed to get the ball to the receiver before the FS closes to help the DB who got turned outside on the break and is now a step or more behind the wideout.
