  • @SquishyxCube crush both cookie and cream

  • What size spring form pan should I use?

  • @CutePrincess05 You can substitute the 13x9-inch pan with a 9-inch springform pan. Just make sure to increase the baking time to 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set.

  • Yes, you break them with the filling inside.

  • Do you crush the oreo cookies with the cream filling or do you only use the cookies ?

  • @SquishyxCube without the cream .

  • What flour was used ?

  • @Boudica999 Unless specified, the majority of our recipes can be made using All-purpose flour. You may also use either bleached or unbleached as they are interchangeable.

  • is it possible to make this without a mixer?

  • @NBTBBlove We recommend using a mixer when making a cheesecake to ensure your ingredients are evenly mixed into a smooth consistency.

  • @NBTBBlove We recommend using a mixer when making a cheesecake to ensure your ingredients are evenly mixed into a smooth consistency.

  • What if I use two 8oz pk philly cheese only , will the other ingredients still the same ?

  • @fullmoonlurve When making cheesecake, we recommend following the exact recipe and avoid substitutions for optimal results. If you're interested in making a cheesecake using only 2-8oz pkg of Philadelphia Cream cheese, try making our "Philadelphia 3-step cheesecake" instead. You can find it on our Kraft Foods website.

  • 20 oreo cookies

    3T melted butter/margarine

5 8oz pk Philly Cheese (softened)

    1c sugar

    3T flour

    1T vanilla

    1c sour cream

4 eggs (add, one at a time at low speeds)

    Cherry Pie Filling

  • I would have it without the cherry pie filing

  • i thought it was a frigining utube ad at first

  • what did you do to the cream filling of the oreo cookies. because when you was crushing the oreos it was all the black part of the cookies.

im assuming you scooped the cream filling out with a spoon. right?

why didnt you say so in your vid.

  • @mangohair123 The entire Oreo cookies are used (both cookie and cream filling) to make the crust. There is no need to scoop out the cream filling as the filling helps keep the crumbs together.

  • @KraftCookingSchool oh realllyyy. thanks so much i will defo try this

  • Pls give me your website, i can't find your philadelphia classic cheesecake recipe, the one without sour cream recipe. Tx

  • @kotkotyouw To go to our website, click on "Show More" under the video to view the recipe link below the recipe listing. Then search for "Philadelphia Classic Cheesecake". Enjoy!

  • Hi! What is the difference in cheesecake texture for those that call on sour cream versus those that call for heavy whipping cream?

I have a recipe that requires heavy whipping cream instead of sour cream. I want something creamy and rich. Should I be switching over to sour cream?

    Thanks!

  • @bbtpink We don't have any cheesecake recipes using heavy whipping cream. However sour cream gives cheesecakes a creamier texture (a little less dry) and more of that famous New York Style “tang” that is so expected of a New York Style cheesecake. Hope this helps.

  • in spanish please

  • @sugar29062008 pan con queso

  • Is it ok to use no fat philadelphia cheese?

  • @fabramya1998 Regular Philadelphia cream cheese cannot be substituted with our fat-free Philadelphia cream cheese. However it can be substituted with 1/3 less fat (light) or neufchatel Philadelphia cream cheese.

  • New York Philadelphia cheesecake is like France Italy speghetti.

  • perfect but I hate oreo cookies

  • Something's missing. The presenters don't eat a piece of what they cook. I want to see them do that. It looks way more convincing that way. The cheesecake looks good. I would have loved to see her take a bite.

  • Can I replace sour cream with yogurt?

  • @davidpungtv Our recipe was tested using only the listed ingredients. Substituting yogurt for sour cream may change or alter the results. If you are looking for a recipe that uses yogurt, you can try the Greek Yogurt Cheesecake on our website.

  • Comment removed

  • :( Food porn.. Well im gonna make a sandwich now.. because i cant make anything else :'(

  • Can i take out the sour cream..?

  • @littleabigail123 @littleabigail123 The sour cream cannot be omitted in this recipe for best results. If you're looking for a cheesecake that doesn't contain any sour cream, we recommend that you try our Philadelphia Classic Cheesecake recipe which can be found on our website.

  • can i use any egg?

  • @MissNwfp You may use any type of chicken eggs for this recipe. We don't recommend using an egg substitute of any kind.

  • is the sour cream optional or do i have to it

  • @superfruit21 The sour cream is not optional. If you're looking for a cheesecake that doesn't contain any sour cream, we recommend that you try our "Philadelphia Classic Cheesecake" recipe which can be found on our website.

  • @superfruit21 theyre just trying to sell you sour cream!!

  • oh my god this is delishious!

  • OMG I LOVE CHEESE CAKE ...

  • Hello ! i just made this like 1 hour ago and i'm waiting for it in the freezer !! ;D

  • i had a question for the orea cookis do we crush them with the white filling in them or just the cookies by it self??? thanks

  • @MrORTIZLOVE The Oreos are crushed with the filling in them. There's no need to remove the filling as it helps to keep the crumbs together.

  • SHE IS SO SEXY!! :D

  • Usiejdfjfjf

  • wow im trying to loose weight and watch my diet but after watching this video I think Im going to change my mind lol.

  • was it 300 degree celcius or farenheit, plzz tell

  • @Maham228 Probably fahrenheit, because 510 degrees fahrenheit seems a bit high for cooking a cheesecake.

  • i'm a newbie ...um its a dumb question...for the melted butter/marg...how long do i put the butter into the microwave? 30-40 seconds?

  • @k1mochi There's no exact rule when it comes to melting butter since it will depend on the microwave you're using. You may want to start with 10 seconds and add more time as needed.

  • this is amazing. dooo more. iam baking these later. but instead of oreo cookies, iam using Honey Grahams cracker. hope it taste as good. :D

  • @jasonsbitch73 thanks

  • did she bake it an 325 degrees?

  • @dmdomah1998 if you click on the "Show More" option under the video, the cooking instructions are given. (I love cheesecake)

  • I just made this one! :) Thanks!

  • what kind of sugar did you used and flour? thanks!!

  • @isabeljic You can use all-purpose flour and granulated sugar for this recipe.

  • Her voice is amazing and instructions are very simple! :D

  • i making this for my family tommorow how many does it serve

  • @daisychainsful This PHILADELPHIA New York Cheesecake recipe make 16 servings.

  • what type of flour and sugar were used?

  • @popmysocks You can use all-purpose flour and granulated sugar for this recipe.

  • Yumm.......?!?!?! aha

  • I dont like cheesecake, please no negative comments, but i made this for my brother and he loved it but i used grahmn crackers!!!!

  • i haven't got any cheese, will lard work?

  • @batterycock You must use cream cheese to make this cheesecake. No other ingredient can be substituted.

  • @batterycock Really lard?? I mean its a cheesecake. There is supposed to be cheese in it!

  • does it has do be Philadelphia cream cheese i can't find it any where

  • @popdelicios This recipe was only tested using Philadelphia Cream Cheese. We recommend that you use it for optimal results.

  • Should we waterbath-bake the cheesecake or just bake it straight away?

  • @Butterfly90 We no longer recommend using the waterbath method for baking cheesecakes. Although it prevents cracking, it also prevents the cheesecake from reaching proper temperature and heating time requirements to kill salmonella.

  • where can i get a written recipe?

  • @star889101, read the description LOL,

why people in this days don't readd,

  • @star889101 Click on "Show more" below the video to view the recipe.

  • Is there a way to substitute the oreo cookies for gram crackers? I'm not to fond of oreos.

  • @InfamoussRawraa You can substitute the Oreos with 6 Honey Maid Honey Graham Crackers crushed (about 1 cup).

  • Is it weird that her voice made me horny,

  • what temperature do you bake the cheesecake at?

  • @star889101 The cheesecake is baked at 325 degrees farenheit

  • I thoughy vanila must looks white color but black? It looks like chocolate too. Yay.. Never known how to make chesscake before. And now, i know it..

  • nice voice

  • so gonna make this for my bf! <3 :)

  • I would add more sugar in mine. Seriously? one cup of sugar for five packages of cream cheese? EAT MORE SUGAR! the all-natural sweetener.

  • Nice video, check out Pastry Chef app Free for iPhone

  • refrigerate for 4 hrs?!

i could not wait that long......

    :(

  • How do you know when the cake is fully cooked? Because there's eggs in it and I don't want to eat the eggs uncooked.

  • @110cottoncandy When baking cheesecakes, you want to cook them until the center is almost set (about 1 hour and 10 min for this recipe). The cheesecake will be fully cooked by this point.

  • è possibile ricevere la ricetta in italiano? grazie

  • I WANT SOME! .-. lolz looks so yummy

  • 0:55

  • I SCARE WHEN LOOK HER FACE

  • Hi, is it vital to use sour cream?

    thanks

  • Can you make the crust with graham cracker crumbs, or does it have to be made with Oreo crumbs?

  • @MrNickMagnante You can substitute the Oreos with 6 Honey Maid Honey Graham Crackers crushed (about 1 cup).

  • Looks so goOd :)

I just put mine inside the oven let's c how it turns...

  • how do you know if the center is set?

  • @palkia97 The cheesecake should be cooked until the center is almost set. The center area should be about the size of a silver dollar and should still appear moist and soft. The edges will be slightly puffed and the center will firm upon cooling.

  • so gd I made this yesterday an it turned out delicious

  • yummy

  • "What the cheesecake are you making today?"

"Well, funny you should say that, but..."

  • Thanks so much, I made this and my whole family loved it they ate the whole thing in one day even my 2 yr old loved it. thanks again.

  • hi there, what kind of mixer can i use aside from that kitchen aid one. . . Can a blender suffice?

  • @tonertonki Any type of electric hand or stand alone mixer would work. A blender unfortunately wouldn't mix the ingredients appropriately.

  • Do you use the oreo filling or do you remove the filling out before crushing them???

not sure about that part it looked like it didn't have the filling in the bowl,

    thanks.

  • @3jcespinosa There's no need to remove the oreo filling, the crust is made with crumbs of entire Oreos.

  • @3jcespinosa

I would remove the filling though.

  • @3jcespinosa The Oreos are crushed with the filling in them. There's no need to remove the filling as it helps to keep the crumbs together.

  • kraft...lol

  • I made this one day and I thought it would turn out good but I was sad that it did not

  • cheesecake

  • im surprised there is no cool whip in this at all hahaha

  • i LOVE cheesecake! and i've been wanting to make this recipe for a while now! But i just needed to knoww..... do u have to put in sour cream?

  • creamy!!! goodness

  • So... this recipe does NOT result in the smooth, batter-like consistency she "poured" into the pan.

Instead, it's stiff and does not move on it's own. I didn't even use anything to thicken, but followed the rest of the recipe completely. The amount of cream cheese isn't necessary even for this size pan, it's too thick to handle/spread properly before baking.

  • She looks gorgeous

  • can u use gramham crakers instead of oreo's

  • i'm licking the screen.. =D

  • @kizarsan LOL i no

  • im tryin this right now.......thnx

  • I like that slightly curvy rectangular plate at about 1:30.

  • i love her face and her voice too

  • is this dessert really fattening? oh, and also, could you use graham crackers instead or Oreo cookies? if so how many should i use? and last question. xP could you do this all by hand if you don't have a mixer?

  • Hey, should I only take the black part of the cookies, or also the white cream?

And do you know maybe what's sour cream (or something like that) in dutch? :) that was the only thing I couldn't translate :p

  • I rather do gram crackers. More healthy than oreo cookies. And ordinary butter be a no no. Come on people. Use more health products. This lady. She is on some other non food T.V. show. I just can't think of it.

  • is it just me or does that lady look kinda creepy?

  • so what wrong with this recipe? guys?

  • i was bored so i typed cheesecake.

  • hi. thanks for sharing ur recipe. just a quick question, would the filling set even without eggs? i dont eat eggs, but would like my cheese to turn out right for the first time. thanks a lot!!

  • @MrsRandomMadeMeDoIt So??? You don't have to use gram crackers...have you never tasted oreos, it actually tastes better w/ oreo cookie crust. You can use either. Just because the recipe isn't exactly how you want it, doesn't mean its a "fail"

  • she's very pretty.

  • is it important to replace that pan with a glass pan?

  • will some plz tell me how to download the recipe on my desktop?????????

  • puedes haserlo en español

  • traduscanlo en español jajajajajajajajajajajajajajaajajajaj

  • tonta jajaja

  • Hi , I actaully tried this, but I was left with extra batter or whatever it's called !!!

what am I supposed to do with it.. if I refrigerate it , how many days will it take to expire before I use it again for another cheesecake !!?

  • 5 packages ???????

    that's too much !!

  • who's that chick? very maternal, total wife material.

  • NOM NOM NOM THANKS KRAFT

  • well that looks yummy.

  • So typical american fatty cake..

  • @Svensktcp94 And such a typical comment from a stupid foreigner! Or European, whatever you are. At least we eat over here....why don't you just go and eat your snails!

  • Great video!

  • What kind of mixer do i need, does it have to be that kitchen aid one =(

  • @MarisolDorado90 Hi MarisolDorado90- It isn’t necessary to use a Kitchen Aid mixer. You can use any mixer that will blend the ingredients properly.

  • @KraftCookingSchool Thanks my cheesecakes came out PERFECT!

  • @KraftCookingSchool Yeah, but you should know that using a high speed hand mixer will put a lot of air into the mix and cause cracking on the top of the cheesecake. If you use a hand mixer leave the batter sitting for a few hours so the air bubbles can rise to the top. If you don't want that hassle then yeah, you need some kind of mixer that will mix things nice and slowly.

  • Philadelphia has such an amazing flavor

  • @MarisolDorado90 NO it has to be that one, or else it wont come out right... dude seriously? what kind of question is that? how old are you?

  • @MarisolDorado90 hahahahaha noooooo doesnt have to be that one. you can use any you have!!

  • shes creepy

  • where do u buy oreo without the cream?

  • @blahblahblaha1a2a3 Those are just plain Oreos, the cream is absorbed into the crackers. If you look carefully when she is crushing them you will see some white cream. (:

  • that sucks man cz u served it infront of me

  • is it okay to reduce the cream cheese to one or one and a half package but stick to the same recipe?do you have any idea of any other ingredients i should cut off too?

  • @ciwowo Hi Ciwowo- Using the amount of cream cheese that the recipe calls for along with the proportions of the other ingredients is needed for the success of this recipe. If you are looking for an alternative to this recipe you may want to try our PHILADELPHIA 3-Step Cheesecake, which can be found alongside other cheesecake options on our website.

  • @KraftCookingSchool

how does the taste of PHILADELPHIA 3-Step Cheesecake different from this one?

  • @eViL1686 This cheesecake is creamier and richer than our Philadelphia 3-step cheesecake.

  • @ciwowo or maybe using the lower fat one?because i do not doubt this is REALLY delicious!but...a calorie bomb!

  • Why use sour cream?

  • @Jaediepanda to help balance the sweetness because of all that sugar.

  • Each of the cream cheese packet is 250g?

  • @esther881022 The size of each PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese package that is used in this recipe is 8oz which would be equivalent to 225g.

  • @KraftCookingSchool

O...ok..because my here each package is 250g. That's why i want to double comfirm with you.

  • You usually eat the filling and discard the rest of the oreo cookie. Why would I want to use them for a cheese cake since I'd just do the same because they taste so cheap.

  • This made me hungry for some cheesecake. That looks absolutely delicious!!

  • She is hot

  • my friend made this once, when she was pulling the foil up, the cheesecake folded over and broke. LOL

  • @deveragirl nah she's just hot.

  • i love this song lol

  • May I assume this is low fat?

  • @XPaskaX You, sir/ma'm, have an awesome sense of humour. XD

  • @001php Thank you very much, indeed!

  • @LoveBugJay yup take the cream out only the cookies

  • i love how they always have skinny people to cook the most fatty recipes...

  • @aliceinwonderlaland well... you do have to make it look inviting, so its best not to have a person that looks like they can eat you in one bite lol
