This game was the shit back in the day!! This and NARC were my two of my favorites back then. I remember the arcade for smash tv had two joystick and no button except for the start button. I was also cool to play this on SNES as well. I remember they tried to make a sequel called Total Carnage(not to be confused with Maximum Carnage--the spidey game) but it didn't have the same effect tho.
