Suggestion...why not suggest an amount of weight to start with? I know we have to figure that out for ourselves, but a suggestion would help us gauge. Otherwise. I'm totally addicted to your workouts. I don't even mind the music anymore. ;- )

damn .. thumbs up pushups look pretty tough .. adding those to my routine tonight ...i watch these vids before i workout at night to add new exercises and to change things up .. there is absolutely no excuses left for people who have weights not to exercise. there are some great vids here on youtube, ignorance is not viable reason to not workout anymore.. thanks for the upload.
oh and the physio-ball thing: you maybe are away that the softness of the physio-ball let you get muscles on one side more then on the other. i would not recommend that

@smoothcollected you don't get all the workouts on here man, trust me. There's loads more in the 90 day pack and the best way to utilise them throughout the week. Also there's the diet pack which is insane. It's worth it fella.
Often when i do dumbell rows and what you did in this video, my triceps get tired before my back does, in fact my back rarely ever gets tired, its rather my arms that can't do anymore, is it because im doing it wrong, or is it quite normal. I don't have very big arms, but they're no that weak either, maybe its a little thing that I'm doing wrong, any ideas? Thanks!
@TenguMT You're probably extending the weight behind you (as in a kickback) instead of rowing the weight. Be sure that you keep your elbow bent as you row the weight back and this should keep the focus on your back and off the triceps.
@JDCav24 Thanks so much, thats exactly what I've been doing and I thought that was the right way to do dumbell rows. I heard somewhere I'm mean to pull the dumbell to my hip, so i was doing a kickback position, but i iguess what i should be doing is pull it more to the side and up, right? Thanks, again!
@TenguMT try puttin ur free hand on the back of ur head coz wen u put it on ur thigh u are helpin to support ur lower back and u tend to push down makin ur tricep work

@renecj Hey Renecj....Not a big fan of weight gainers, because most of the time the calorie count is artifically boosted by loading them up with sugar. Sometimes over 200 grams! Ummm....that's 5 cans of coca-cola!!

I'm taking a protein powder now after my workouts its called IsoFlex, I only take 30 grams or so and eat 2 fairly healthy meals a day, is that good or bad or what would you recommend? @renecj i would just stick with the training and the good food man even if you can only have a few meals a day... just remember everyone is different i mean im nearly 20 years old n have been working out for more than 4 n a half years n im still quite skinny lol i have toned quite a bit in the last year as i have been on high protein foods and protein shakes which u should definitely have to get bigger and stronger, but just protein no mass gainer crap they dont work lol

i got a question again: i wanna get bigger very fast; is it possible to train the killer arm workout and immideately right after that do the shoulder one (each 45 mins)? both at the same day).. is it save to do this or is it really nessesary to rest one day between?
@NinjaMasterShinobi. The day inbetween allows your work to jel/mend. Two days between will make you feel more solid. Don't rush. Don't study your appearence for 6 months either cause it adds to the impatience. W/O 45-75 mins to fave music 3 or 4 days a week.
@dvdmrtnkls: thank you. 3-4 days a week, does it mean (for example) monday - arm workout, wednesday shoulder, friday back, sunday chest - etc.. ? or is there another way to train, to gain mass faster?
to gain mass you need to eat big,lift big and rest big..
eat 6 meals a day , lift heavy weight and rest..
there's no easy way , its always the hard way in gaining mass and muscle , but who cares , its the journey that counts... dont rush yourself or you will end up getting injured...
Your question honours me. The proposed schedule is fine. Shoulders and Arms coordinate realisticly to me (fit into a 75 min session) as well as back and chest coordinating. Do remember LEGS. Nothing at all gives you Ostridge apperance/TOO BIG will make you look like Chubby Baby. LOL. Look at a muscle chart to see the opposing muscles of each named. Trainers will have you work out that complimentary way and you wont need the 1-2 mins inbetween. Lack of rest goes towards your cardial end.
Yep, everything is ok, but could U tell us, how should we organize all of Your exercises? If U are saying that it "takes 90 days to change our bodies"? Should we do all of them in the same day, or connect them ? Just give us some eg. connections...etc.
I would invest in a physioball. You can get one pretty inexpensively (like $10 or less now) and can do so much on it, besides just the exercises that I showed in this workout.

yes, thats a really good idea cause a back is a large muscle group paired up with a smaller muscle group, thats whta pros do, chest and shoulders - back and biceps stuff like that.. just dont forget legs, i would do legs first cause it makes your body release HGH which makes you bigger quicker
yes, but make sure u dont make to much sets,,for example..make 6-9 sets of back and then 3-5 of biceps because when u make back u are already working biceps in someway

51 yrs old here. Back push-up is odd & xtra challenging, worth the conquest. Give the attempt 2 weeks.

i got a question again: i wanna get bigger very fast; is it possible to train the killer arm workout and immideately right after that do the shoulder one (each 45 mins)? both at the same day).. is it save to do this or is it really nessesary to rest one day between?

@NinjaMasterShinobi. The day inbetween allows your work to jel/mend. Two days between will make you feel more solid. Don't rush. Don't study your appearence for 6 months either cause it adds to the impatience. W/O 45-75 mins to fave music 3 or 4 days a week.

@dvdmrtnkls: thank you. 3-4 days a week, does it mean (for example) monday - arm workout, wednesday shoulder, friday back, sunday chest - etc.. ? or is there another way to train, to gain mass faster?

to gain mass you need to eat big,lift big and rest big..
eat 6 meals a day , lift heavy weight and rest..
there's no easy way , its always the hard way in gaining mass and muscle , but who cares , its the journey that counts... dont rush yourself or you will end up getting injured...

Your question honours me. The proposed schedule is fine. Shoulders and Arms coordinate realisticly to me (fit into a 75 min session) as well as back and chest coordinating. Do remember LEGS. Nothing at all gives you Ostridge apperance/TOO BIG will make you look like Chubby Baby. LOL. Look at a muscle chart to see the opposing muscles of each named. Trainers will have you work out that complimentary way and you wont need the 1-2 mins inbetween. Lack of rest goes towards your cardial end.

Yep, everything is ok, but could U tell us, how should we organize all of Your exercises? If U are saying that it "takes 90 days to change our bodies"? Should we do all of them in the same day, or connect them ? Just give us some eg. connections...etc.

I would invest in a physioball. You can get one pretty inexpensively (like $10 or less now) and can do so much on it, besides just the exercises that I showed in this workout.

yes, thats a really good idea cause a back is a large muscle group paired up with a smaller muscle group, thats whta pros do, chest and shoulders - back and biceps stuff like that.. just dont forget legs, i would do legs first cause it makes your body release HGH which makes you bigger quicker

yes, but make sure u dont make to much sets,,for example..make 6-9 sets of back and then 3-5 of biceps because when u make back u are already working biceps in someway

hey man great vid gota ? for ya thow...... how much is the black thing for the physio ball lat/crunch thing sposed to weigh and is that set until failure also... your workout videos are very good but if i could suggest something it would be to tell us how many times per week one should do the workout and how many reps per exercise... thanks for you vids and keep it up just leme know about the weight...

the weight i used for that was 50 lbs. whatever you would normally use for a db pullover....take off about 20% for this version
