ya, thats definately a male Southern House Spider, which is harmless, and cant penetrate human flesh with its bite. look around and if you see a hole or crevis with webs spread out around it, thats where you will find the female which will be much darker and smaller with a fatter body.

Actually, this is a Crevice Spider, also known as a Southern House Spider which is completely harmless. It is easy to tell the difference because of the abnormally long "fangs" in the front.
