Vey nice fans! Gotta love the slider switch - true Japanese styling, it gives the impression that it's variable-speed. If it was, that would make it the perfect desk fan!

Wow those Sanyo look great. And two of them. I like those speed controls on them as well as the whole fan itself. I need to find me some vintage japanese fans. They are really nice.

i've seen a 16" version like this (the switch is however a pushbutton but in the center lined up). i guess they'll be using that for a long time. i almost got my hands on the same fan but someone beat me to it, and it was only $4..

lol! sorry I was very tired when I made this video. It was a long day at work and I had no coffee. Monday's are usually the most dreadful days. normally I'm a little but more upbeat. :)

I remember the fans with that speed control, but the ones I saw had brown blades. They're good quiet runners as I recall.
