he patch will only extend the expiration date on the trial..basically you get 2 weeks before it expires than ten days this is NOT full version. :/

for everyone that the patch didnt wrk with, ive got a better soution, simply when the trial runs out go into your email inbox and redownload crossover games and when you drag it into applications it will say crap jst click replace then boom after 2 mins u have crossover games for another week, problem solved

@Mrtuneful i had the same problem cut YOU CANNOT OPEN UP CROSSOVER GAMES. as soon as u download it u drag it into your applications. then open up the patch. (i downloaded it a couple times) and drag crossover games into that. then it started to work for me

Wow...lots of asshats and flamers on here. Nice try HelpApple. Some words of advice however. im an apple certified Tech for 10.5 and 10.6. Im also Microsoft Systems Certified. You need AT LEAST a 15" MBP to run crossover effectivley. And even then your performance suffers until you get an i7 or Core 2 Duo @ 2.5Ghz+

I hate to say it. but if you want to play games. You have no place buying a Mac.

People waste money on macs because they look good.
