If America was to initiate another strategic bombing campaign on (insert country of choice here) then this bomber would be very likely to be involved. It may be used for front-line and defense bombing due to the B-2 Spirits existence. And yes bombers are the most frightful weapon on the planet(excluding the nuclear ordinance)

The B-52 is the ultimate flyover plane in my opinion. It's huge, smokey, and loud. Even fighters and B-1/ B-2 flyovers don't compare, those are over in an instant. But the B-52 just glides right along. Quite majestic!

Once, back during the Vietnam War era, I was fishing on the Pedernalis River in Texas when 9 B52 flying in 3 "V" formations passed over in a low-flight exercise only a few hundred feet over the ground. Scary stuff.
