Job sharing can do good but when someone circumstances change like they no longer require time off the other person has to leave. So, they are at the mercy of the other person but again you can apply for other internal positions while your at the company short term if that's so. And the previous comment are you actually listening to what there saying you seem more interested in the quality of video? Its YOUTUBE not SKY 3D.

I like the job sharing possibilities movement, but if I may be a bit critical of the camera work of this video, it is not very professional looking. Your both sitting in awkward positions & so I don't get any sense that you are both having a real conversation. The shadows on the wall & on your sisters face and the black stripe in the back ground are killing your image. You need better space & brighter colors. Think of it as your business card. It says everything about your business. Good luck.

I can imagine how original and new the concept of "Job Sharing" is ;half of the so called professional intellect does not have a clue about it....and the other half is too conservative and lazy to actually take a moment and lend you an ear...or just comment and give you a feedback!
