This used to be aired locally as "Time Quest"...I remember the turbanned sorcerer is known as Abdullah in the Filipino dub...btw, what was the name of his genie???

I remember this anime also aired in Arabic countries, I think the Arabic dub was under the name Time Heroes or something like that.
