Hey guys the good new is the Felt DA Di2 is just a mere $9999 MSRP. Pocket change for the casual rider. Show up with one of those babies at a race and you blow the competition off the road.
Mavic had the Mektronic up and running for years. As mentioned Campy also had a system. This DA seems to shift really fast but all that junk cble tied onto the bike just doesn't get me drooling. Vastly ugly FD!
the cage trim looks cool, but what happens if the battery gets wet or just some electrical failure?...be a pain to be sprinting and then you've instantly got a single speed.
I thought Campy came out with this years ago(not with the cage trim) and it wasn't approved by UCI.
I can see some resistance from the traditionalist, specially if this is not approved by UCI in the races.
This is only the very first model of its kind. It may have a few potential glitches in the beginning, like reliability in the rain? It only gets better in the future.
too much

And all that for the low price of 3 grand. Considering how often and how long it takes to adjust my derailleur, it hardly seems woth it.

The cage trim is probably the most coolest feature. I hate cage rub during when in extreme conditions.

I'm looking forward to see the real life reviews.
