It is very odd looking lens flare but when you see how it moves in relation to the more obvious lens flare (smaller artefacts) then you can see it is lens flare and the movement is due to the slow rotation of the camera
It looks like a reflection of something from either the camera lens or the view port. Noice that towards the end of the footage 1) all of the other images move in relation to the main "ring" and 2) some images actually appear between the ISS structure and the camera!

Yup, I have to agree that the "object" appears to be a reflection of some type either on a window or the camera lens itself.

Now it looks like a reflection of the camera lens on the inside of a protective transparent cover accompanied by a few lens flares when it moves.

Could well be. I am at a loss to know what the Big Ring is. The fact it is spinning adds to the mystery. ( See later vids ).
